This policy is written for business users, administrators, employees, sales users, website visitors and demo requesters who interact with Delight360 products.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Delight360, a Delighteck product, handles personal data when you visit our website, request a demo, sign up, use our web apps, use our mobile apps, or interact with our support and marketing channels.
If your organisation has a signed agreement, data processing agreement, order form or product-specific contract with us, that agreement controls where it conflicts with this public policy.
2. Information we collect
Account information: name, email address, phone number, organisation name, role, profile details, login method and authentication identifiers.
Organisation and workspace data: company settings, users, app access, roles, subscriptions, billing details, sales records, project records, attendance records and files uploaded by authorised users.
Usage and device data: pages visited, product interest, feature usage, device type, browser, operating system, approximate location from IP address, app version, crash and diagnostic data.
Mobile crash diagnostics: our configured mobile apps use Google Firebase Crashlytics to identify crashes and improve reliability. Reports include crash traces, app and device information, Crashlytics installation identifiers and Firebase installation IDs. These diagnostics are processed by Google on our behalf. We do not add names, contact records or authentication tokens as crash-report attributes.
Mobile app data: device identifiers, camera or file uploads when you choose to use those features, and location data only where a feature requires it and you grant permission.
Communication data: demo requests, support messages, emails, WhatsApp or campaign interactions, and related metadata.
3. How we use information
To provide, secure and improve Delight360 products and related services.
To create and manage accounts, organisations, app access, permissions, subscriptions and support requests.
To process demo requests, onboarding, billing, payments and product communications.
To sync data across devices, support offline-first app behaviour and maintain operational logs.
To measure website and product performance, understand product interest and improve marketing relevance where permitted by consent and applicable law.
To detect abuse, prevent fraud, troubleshoot issues and comply with legal obligations.
4. Cookies, analytics and marketing
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep the website and apps working. We may use analytics, attribution and marketing cookies only where enabled by your consent settings or permitted by law.
You can manage website consent from the cookie settings control in the site footer. Browser or device settings may also let you restrict cookies, advertising IDs or tracking permissions.
Marketing emails include unsubscribe or preference controls where required. Transactional and security messages may still be sent when needed to operate the service.
5. Location, camera, microphone and files
Some mobile features may request access to location, camera, microphone, photos or documents. Examples include field sales visit tracking, business card scanning, attendance capture, file attachments, meeting recordings and evidence uploads.
We request permissions in context and use this data only for the feature you are using. You can change mobile permissions from your device settings, although some features may stop working if permission is removed.
Delight360 Sales (Android package com.salesmobilenative) collects precise or approximate location during an active field sales day to record field-day attendance and work travel history for customer visits, even when the app is closed or not in use. Location is normally captured every five minutes after the user chooses Start My Day, reviews the in-app background-location disclosure and grants the required permissions. Android displays an ongoing tracking notification. Users can stop background tracking with End My Day or by revoking location access in Android Settings. Other Sales features remain available without enabling background tracking.
Field-work location records are stored on the device while offline and uploaded to the user's organisation's Delight360 workspace when connected. Authorised managers and administrators in that organisation can view these records according to their access. Field-work location is not used for advertising. Retention and deletion of these organisation-managed records follow the workspace's applicable retention requirements and the rights described below.
6. Sharing and subprocessors
We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers only as needed to host, secure, operate, analyse, support or bill the service.
Service providers may include cloud hosting, authentication, database, storage, email, messaging, analytics, payment, monitoring and customer support providers.
Customer workspace data is shared with users and administrators according to the roles and permissions configured by the organisation.
7. Data retention
We retain account, workspace, billing, audit and operational data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
Administrators may delete or export certain workspace data depending on product functionality and contractual terms. Backup, audit, security and billing records may remain for a limited period after deletion.
8. Security
We use technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including access controls, authentication, encryption in transit where applicable, audit logs, monitoring and least-privilege operational practices.
No internet or mobile service can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for keeping account credentials safe, managing user permissions and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.
9. International processing
Delight360 may process and store data using infrastructure and service providers in different countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and role, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, export or object to certain processing of personal data.
For organisation-managed accounts, some requests must be handled by your organisation administrator because your organisation controls the workspace data.
To raise a privacy request, contact us at support@delight360.biz. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on the request.
11. Children
Delight360 is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the public website.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as products, laws or operational practices change. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
